QUESTIONS ABOUT DOWNLOADING
If you're having trouble with a video download, please take a look at the common questions below. If your question isn't there, then please email us. You'll find that we're able to serve you more immediately and effectively this way. You're also welcome to phone us during normal business hours - 559.456.1118 (Monday - Friday (PST).
WHERE DO I CHOOSE MY VIDEO FORMAT? You don't. We've created our Store so that you receive two formats, in both SD and HD. You don't have to do anything. You'll receive both formats (in some cases, there's not an HD version available).
WHICH VIDEO FORMATS DO I RECEIVE? You receive MPEG-1 format (Windows PC) and MOV (Mac). One folder includes both in SD. If HD is available, the other folder includes both in those files.
CAN I DOWNLOAD MY VIDEOS MORE THAN ONCE? Yes. Anytime you like, simply log back into your account, where you'll find a complete download history.
HOW DO I OPEN A ZIPPED FILE? All Floodgate videos have been compressed into a zipped folder. Simply double click on the folder, and wait a moment as the file unzips. If that doesn't work for you, you may need the free Stuffit Expander.

Due to the fact that software companies routinely update and change the way their products work, we are not able to provide support for questions of how to use our media within another application or program. Our media should work well with most major presentation programs, and you can find out more about some of them here:

WHY WON'T MY CREDIT CARD GO THROUGH? If you're credit card is denied, please try the following:
- - Make sure that you have entered your 16-digit credit card number correctly (without dashes).
- - Make sure that the card you are using has not expired.
- - Make sure that the name on your Floodgate account matches the name on your card.
- - Make sure that the billing address on your Floodgate account matches the billing address on your card.
- - Make sure you are entering the correct security code.
- - If all else fails, give us a call (559.456.1118). We'll be able to process payment over the phone.
I SEE A PLACE FOR A COUPON CODE. HOW DO I GET ONE OF THOSE SWEET DEALS? Floodgate regularly offers discounts on all our products. We do this primarily through coupon codes in our email newsletter. Sign up for that here.
QUESTIONS ABOUT LICENSING
WHERE CAN I LEGALLY PLAY YOUR VIDEOS? By purchasing our products, you or your church acquires the rights to play our media in many different settings, including church worship services and conferences. However, these videos cannot be broadcast via the internet, television, or radio. In addition, it is unlawful to copy, duplicate, replicate or re-master any Floodgate Productions media products.
