DOWNLOAD HELP

We’re committed to helping you resolve any download issues, quickly and efficiently. Please read through the following common issues:

* Make sure you’re unzipping the video folder on your computer. Our videos will not play unless FIRST unzipped. If you’re on a MAC, double-click the folder, and it will automatically unzip. If you’re on a PC, right-click on the folder, and then choose “unzip” or “extract”. Following the prompts will put a NEW folder on your computer, which has your playable video inside. If those options don’t appear, you’ll need to download the proper unzipping software. For PC’s, we recommend Winzip, and can be downloaded here.

* If you’ve downloaded the wrong file format, simply provide us with your order number, the video (s) you need, and the proper file format. Email us at info@floodgateproductions.com and give us that information in the email.

* If you received any error message, please provide us with your order number, the video (s) you need, and a brief description of the error message. Email us at info@floodgateproductions.com and give us that information in the email.

In our experience, we’re able to resolve (and solve) most download problems the same day. We’re committed to this because we’re committed to our mini-movies being played in as many churches as possible. So please don’t hesitate to email us with any download issue you have.
